The current board of directors for WOVI, Inc. has been at the helm for 2 years and all but one have led WOVI from the very beginning. The credentials of this fine group of ladies follow:

Ms. Pauline Shirley, President and Founder of WOVI, Inc.

Ms. Shirley is President of Leaders on Fire and dedicated to enhancing the performance of individuals, companies, and organizations.  As a partner in the Entrepreneur Leadership Center, she focuses on entrepreneurs, small business owners, creatives, and professionals. Inviting and creating confidence, productivity, profitability, new skills and resources, collaboration, support, and accountability are her hallmarks.  Pauline has been a proven leader for over twenty-five years in corporate, municipal, nonprofit, and volunteer environments.  Her first pinnacle occurred when she became only the second women to serve as the International President of Toastmasters International, a 170,000-member service organization. Her leadership and motivational expertise is evident in the accomplishments of WOVI, Inc. to date.  The vision of a worldwide network of women mentoring women is all but tangible to her.  Visit www.paulineshirley.com for other information.

Ms. Wilemon works for Amberton University in the role of Director for Student Services. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. In her career and as a volunteer, being a service-oriented individual means she places the immediate needs of others above all else.  She focuses on the task-at-hand, makes sure processes are in place, ensures legalities and technicalities are formalized, and provides the dedication and support needed to implement and coordinate events and policies. Janet was instrumental in obtaining the IRS determination for nonprofit status for WOVI, Inc. and has written and revised bylaws for nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Lynda Rhodes, Vice President of Administration and charter member of WOVI, Inc.

She has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling. Lynda brings her care and concern for humanity to the forefront as she leads WOVI and guides the group through growing pains and successful events.
